Venue Information Annotated maps City Centre Map Conference Registration and Venue The conference registration, tutorials, talks, poster sessions, workshops and demonstration sessions will all be taking place at the Hotel Hvide Hus. The hotel is overlooking the city's most beautiful park, has a completely new conference facility, and is placed just 1 km from the city centre with its restaurants and bars. Lunch Lunches, tea & coffee, water and fruit during the sessions are included in the registration fee and will be served at the conference hotel. Conference Dinner The conference dinner will be held in one of Denmarks largest forests, Rold Skov. More detail will be provided later. Welcome reception Weather permitting the welcome reception will be held in the park just below the conference hotel Monday evening. Accomodation In addition to rooms at the conference hotel a suitable number of hotel rooms in a range of prices have been pre-booked for the conference at hotels across the city, all within comfortable walking distance of the conference hotel. Hotel reservations will be made alongside with your conference registration in order to give you access to a negotiated discount. |
