In addition to rooms at the conference hotel a suitable number of hotel rooms in a range of prices have been pre-booked for the conference at hotels across the city, all within comfortable walking distance of the conference hotel.

Hotel reservations will be made alongside with your conference registration in order to give you access to a negotiated discount.


By Air
Aalborg Airport is situated north of the fjord (Limfjorden), approx. 6 kilometers from the Aalborg city centre and the conference  hotel.

There are frequent public buses from the airport to the city centre. A cab fare will be around 150 DKK.

By Train
Trains from Copenhagen arrive every hour in Aalborg. The trip takes approximately 5 hours and a typical train fare is around 300 DKK depending on the day of week and time of day. There is a train station at Copenhagen Airport where you can either take a direct train to Aalborg, or go to Copenhagen Central Station and change to a train to Aalborg. Aalborg Train Station is 500 meters from the conference hotel (Hotel Hvide Hus).
