Early registration at reduced rates is open until April 20th 2007. The registration fees for the main conference event are as listed below (all fees in DKK):



The fee includes SCIA scientific program, copy of proceedings, coffee breaks and lunch, reception, conference dinner, and flat rate wireless internet access at the conference venue for the duration of the conference.

During filling out the online registration form it will be possible to register for the tutorials and the workshop (the workshop has a limited participant capacity; register early to optimize chances).


The registration form is also used to book accomodation. In addition to rooms at the conference hotel a suitable number of hotel rooms in a range of prices have been pre-booked for the conference at hotels across the city, all within comfortable walking distance of the conference hotel. All rooms are available at discounted prices we have negotiated for the event.

We have also negotiated an air-travel discount for delegates using SAS group flights. For further information see Travel Information.

Registration process
Registration is done electronically via the link below. In order for an accepted paper to appear in the conference proceedings it is a requirement that at least one author register for each paper. Under final program authors may find unique paper IDs which must be entered in the registration form.
